I think every woman knows what I mean when I say that hair loss, split ends, and simply feeling like your hair isn’t cooperating can be incredibly stressful. I found myself in exactly this situation about three months ago: my hair felt weak, hair loss in the shower was becoming more noticeable, and photos ruthlessly showed that my once-thick mane was thinning and no longer had the shine it once did in my younger years…
So, I decided it was time to make a change – and that’s where the Glow hair vitamins came into play. Unfortunately, they were sold out for a long time, so I had to wait until production was complete and they were back in stock.
Like all our products, the formula is vegan and packed with essential vitamins, minerals, and plant extracts. Naturally, being a big fan of our products, I wanted to put an end to my hair woes and decided to test N°21 GLOW myself.
Now, three months later, I want to share my experience openly: What worked? What didn’t? And most importantly, would I recommend the Glow vitamins?

Why I Decided to Try the Hair Vitamins
Here’s what you need to know: I’ve never been the type to jump on every supplement trend, but over the past year, the changes in my hair became increasingly noticeable, especially on stressful days. More hair in the brush, thinner strands, and barely any volume at the roots. Over time, this became really frustrating, especially since I can’t just “escape” stress.
At the same time, I didn’t want to try chemical products or extreme treatments, of which there are countless options on the market. Shampoos for brittle hair, countless anti-hair-loss treatments, and other dubious products were out of the question. A natural supplement with vitamins and minerals seemed like the sensible option. I saw the Glow vitamins as a kind of “gentle support” for my hair issues – of course, alongside my healthy diet.
With a mix of hope and scepticism, I started my 3-month trial with the Glow capsules.
What’s in N°21 GLOW
Before taking any product, I always check the ingredients. Knowing and loving our products, I was pleasantly surprised here as well. Without getting too technical, here’s an overview:
Anzeige

-
Biotin (Vitamin B7) – a classic for healthy hair growth
-
Zinc & Selenium – important for normal hair follicles
-
Copper – supports normal pigmentation
-
Vitamin C from natural Camu-Camu extract
-
Bamboo shoot extract – natural silica for stronger hair
-
Millet extract – traditional support for hair roots
-
MSM (organic sulphur) – building block for keratin
The capsules are plant-based, vegan, and formulated without unnecessary additives. The recommended dosage is two capsules daily, ideally with plenty of water.
Sounds promising, right? ;)
Honest Insight: My Starting Point
As mentioned, over the years my hair became more porous, brittle, dull, and above all, thinner. While some things are easy to overlook, hair loss bothered me the most.
Here’s a brief overview of my starting point:
-
Hair loss: slightly increased, especially in the shower
-
Hair texture: fine, quickly greasy roots, dry lengths, split ends
-
Hair length: around chest level
-
Scalp: occasionally sensitive, especially in winter due to dry heating air
-
Lifestyle: high stress, little sleep – definitely not ideal for healthy hair
It’s important to note that I didn’t change anything else during the test: same diet, same hair care routine, same products. This way, any changes could be attributed to the capsules alone.
I documented the self-test thoroughly, taking notes every month to ensure I could share all details with you. I also knew that this wasn’t a “miracle cure,” which is why I ran the experiment for a full three months to give it time.
Month 1: Small Changes & First Doubts
At the start, I was motivated and took the capsules every morning with a large glass of water. They are easy to swallow, which is a big plus for someone like me who doesn’t enjoy taking capsules.
The first two weeks, however, nothing happened – at least nothing immediately noticeable. Hair looked the same, hair loss was unchanged. My first thought: “Oh no, I’d pinned all my hopes on this, and now it’s not helping.” I felt a little frustrated but knew that changes take time, so I continued.
By week 3, I noticed two things:
-
Calmer scalp: Less irritated, less dry, and generally more balanced – a pleasant surprise, as I hadn’t expected vitamins to have an effect on my scalp.
-
Slightly less hair in the brush: Minimal but noticeable, which felt like a small milestone for me, especially with fine hair.
The “big changes” hadn’t appeared yet, leaving me with a small moment of doubt, but I knew hair growth takes time, so I persisted.
Month 2: Finally… First Visible Results
As the saying goes, hope dies last. After two months, the results began to show:
-
Visible reduction in hair loss: I almost laughed in the shower because I instinctively looked for my usual clumps – and there was much less!
-
Hair felt stronger: The lengths had more substance, staying in shape longer, and the roots seemed fuller.
-
Baby hairs emerging: Tiny new hairs at the roots became noticeable – no longer imagined!
-
Healthy scalp: No itching, flakes, or tension – a huge relief given my naturally dry, sometimes painful scalp.
Slowly, I started to believe: Okay, this is actually working!
Month 3: The Moment of Truth
By month three, the effects were obvious – and about time! My hair felt stronger, more resilient, and healthier overall. Detailed results after 3 months:
-
More volume, especially at the roots
-
Less breakage, more shine and smoothness
-
Healthy, moisturised scalp
-
Hair loss reduced by around 40–50%
-
Overall feeling of well-being
What didn’t happen?
As expected, no “miracle” hair growth occurred. Hair became fuller and stronger but did not grow longer than it would have naturally. Patience is key: supplements need time, and results are gradual. The first four weeks are more of a transitional phase.
It’s also important to note that supplements are not a solution for severe hair loss, which may have hormonal or medical causes.
Tips for Testing the Product Yourself
-
Take before-and-after photos
-
Commit to at least 3 months
-
Drink plenty of water
-
Keep your routine consistent
-
Set realistic expectations
-
Keep a journal of results and observations
My Final Verdict
Here it is: the moment you’ve been waiting for. Can I recommend the product? Absolutely.
The GLOW hair vitamins impressed me. My hair feels stronger, hair loss has noticeably decreased, texture is smoother, and baby hairs are sprouting, giving my look healthy volume. In short: my hair not only looks better – it feels alive again.
Would I continue taking them? Definitely, as I feel my hair will continue to grow stronger and denser with ongoing use.
Would I recommend them? Yes, especially for those with mild to moderate hair loss, fine or weak hair, or anyone wanting to strengthen hair from within while using natural, vegan products.
If you suspect hormonal or medical causes for hair loss, consult a doctor first.
All in all, the three-month self-test was an exciting time full of anticipation, impatience, and ultimately, success. I’m really glad I stuck with it!
