Siberian ginseng (eleuthero root) in particular, but also Korean ginseng, contain many ginsenosides. They show their effect above all in cases of tiredness, exhaustion and stress-related lethargy.
HIGH-DOSE VITAMIN B COMPLEX CAPSULES
The B vitamins are among the eight essential vitamins that our body cannot produce itself. As different as the composition and function of these vitamins are, they have one thing in common: they are all water-soluble, heat-sensitive and must be obtained from food, as the body cannot produce them. Water-soluble means that they are not stored by our body and are excreted again. The B vitamins are mainly responsible for our metabolism.
